Recordings of Recent Talks – Cambridge Shrinking Commons and Warwick Keynote

Two fairly recent recordings of talks given:

1) ‘Transnational Courts: A New Legal Commons’

This was presented at the Shrinking Commons Symposium in September 2014 organised by Ash Amin and Philip Howell and hosted by the Department of Geography at the University of Cambridge. Ash and Philip are bringing together an edited collection based on the symposium (I am writing up this talk as a chapter) so any thoughts are welcome.

2) Legal Lives: Contested Political Spaces of Law

This was the keynote at the Warwick Postgraduate Political Geography Conference at Politics and International Studies Department at Warwick University in November 2014, introduced by Stuart Elden. Thanks to organisers António Ferraz de Oliveira and Mara Duer for all their work, a review of the event as a whole can be found here and an account from Rachael Squire, a participant postgraduate from Royal Holloway, can be found here.
